House rules
Before you have a nice holiday in our fisherman's house, we would like to draw your attention to the following points:
When confirming the booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. We agree, and you hereby declare, that you will occupy the cottage personally. You also declare that you will occupy the house and the surrounding grounds in a proper and correct manner and that no inconvenience will be caused during your stay. If you cause any damage to the grounds/holiday home or if there is negligent use, then the costs of this can be recovered from you by us as the landlord.
2. The holiday home is rented furnished and equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, blankets and pillows for the entire group. On arrival all electrical appliances are in working order. Should this not be the case, please inform the landlord as soon as possible. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. As a guest you are also obliged to inform us as landlord of the Vissershuisje within 24 hours after arrival in case of damage in the house.
3. Of course we assume that you will have a carefree stay, but should something happen, it is important that you as a guest are insured for the Civil Liability associated with the rental of the holiday home (fire and water damage). If you are not insured, you can be held personally liable for these damage costs and for the interest on these costs. We have also insured the rented holiday home (building and contents insurance).
4. Furthermore it is important to know that you, as a guest, are not allowed to refuse access to the holiday home if you are asked to do so. For the maintenance of the garden, we will let you know in advance when we will visit you.
5. Smoking is not allowed in our Vissershuisjes.
6. Pets are allowed free of charge, but please ask.
7. Parties are not allowed.
