After your reservation you will receive from us a rental agreement, drawn up in Dutch or English. We would like to receive your confirmation by e-mail. The booking is valid after the prepayement of the rental price has been transfered to the account number. The other amount plus guarantee* is paid 4 weeks before the rental period. If these agreements are not fulfilled, the lease expires. , provided that proof of this can be presented.

Keys-cards
The keys and cards to the house are handed over as agreed. Conditions Arrival from 3 pm and departure before 10am.
Up to 6 adults can stay in our holiday home. It is therefore not allowed to exceed these numbers without consultation with the landlord. There is a possibility to rent a second adjoining house in consultation.
Parking:
There is one private parking space near the cottage same number as the house. A second car you can park along the neptunesroad for free. It is not allowed to park in another numbered car park; all car parks are private property.
Pets: 2 large dogs of 4 small dogs.
Pets are only allowed under certain conditions and after approval by the landlord. No extra fee.The dogs are well-behaved, are not allowed in the bedrooms, beds or seats. Unless you provide protection for the seats. No jumping on doors or windows, please point out to the dog. If your dog barks excessively, you can be asked to leave the enclosure. (Syndic) As the owner, you are responsible for the education of your four-legged friend. Dogs must walk on a lead in the park. Presents from your dog are cleaned up.
Gardening:
During the rental period it is possible that someone will come along for the maintenance of the garden. Drive off grass, ed. We try to avoid this or to keep it to a minimum. Upon arrival, check the property for any defects.
We check the house before you arrive. Are there any important comments? Let us know within 12 hours. Subsequent complaints will no longer be considered. Smoking is forbidden in the home. *The deposit is 250€ and from the 8th night 500€. This amount is paid at the same time as the rental price.
For electricity consumption, 0.35€/kWh and € 10/m³ will be charged for water. Prices of electricity and water are variable. For use of the pellet stove there are pellets on site and can be purchased there (7 euro for one bag).
The rental guarantee will be refunded at the latest 8 days, after checking for any damage.
BEDS:
The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows and duvet. It is mandatory to use bed linen. Also mattress covers above the mattress protectors! The tenants themselves provide covers, bed covers and pillowcases. It is possible to rent 15€ single bed, 25€ queensize bed, towel pack 8€ per person.
